Fitness Kickboxing and Defensive Fighting

Want to get a great workout while having some fun? Try this out and see. This class is available as a stand alone class for teens and adults or is a free add on for our adult martial arts students.

We can help. We will practice kickboxing techniques as well as down and dirty defensive striking to get in a complete and fun workout while you learn techniques that will work outside of a boxing ring as well. Core strengthening for your abs, glutes and back mixed in and yes you can do all of this in a safe and fun environment, and we hope to show you how.

- Classes are aprox 50 minutes
- The entire class is a heavy bag workout usually with your own bag.
- Music sets the mood but you do not have to punch and kick to the beat like an aerobics class
- Improve your technique on a variety of boxing and kicking skills as well as some other surprises thrown in for fun
- Muscle toning exercises mixed in between sets
- About half of the class time focuses on practical self-defense strikes that would not be allowed in a boxing ring
