Time to Train

Our curriculum is based on a gradual progression of both the number and quality of techniques.  This is accomplished by a belt system which is further subdivided by a stripe system.  Combined they present the student with a systematic progression of short and long term goals, in which students can easily chart their own progress without simply moving forward at the whim and favor of the instructor.  Students progress at Belt Testings by demonstrating an age and rank appropriate level of ability in three areas: Forms, Sparring (or One-Steps for beginner students), and Board Breaking (for advanced students)
