We will practice kickboxing techniques as well as down and dirty defensive striking to get in a complete and fun workout while you learn techniques that will work outside of a boxing ring as well. Core strengthing for your abs, glutes and back mixed in and yes you can do all of this in a safe and fun environment, and we hope to show you how.
